What are some of the features of a Guest Directory?
What is required of the hotel?
Your hotel or motel will be required to provide our sales person with a complimentary room and local phone and fax privileges for the duration of the stay, as always we will work with your schedule and never inconvienance you in any way. Your General Manager will need to provide us with your hotel/motel information to be included in the directory as well a list of any merchants you request to be a sponsor. Once your Guest Directory proof is ready, we will fax or mail your proof for you to review it for any changes, errors, or corrections and give your final approval.
Can we make changes to our directory through out the year?
Yes ,you are welcome to request changes by calling the office but please note, fees may be applied. If fees will be assessed you will be notified and approve the amount before the reprint is started.
What style directory is best for us?
If you are not bound by corporate guidelines we have many options for you and we can guide you in making the best choice for your establishment.
